Refund Policy

Starworks Studio – Bury, Greater Manchester
Effective Date: 19/02/2026

By booking Starworks Studio, you agree to the following Refund & Cancellation Policy.

When you reserve the studio, you are securing exclusive use of the space for a specific time slot. As that time is removed from public availability, cancellations are subject to the terms below.

1. One-Off Bookings (4hr / 8hr Sessions)

More than 7 days before your booking

  • Eligible for a full reschedule to a new date (subject to availability).

  • Refunds may be issued at our discretion.

3–7 days before your booking

  • Eligible for one reschedule.

  • 50% refund available if rescheduling is not required.

Less than 72 hours before your booking

  • Non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.

No-shows

  • Fully non-refundable.

2. Monthly 16-Hour Package (£199)

The 16-hour monthly package provides discounted studio access and is billed per calendar month.

  • Payments are non-refundable once the billing period begins.

  • Hours must be used within the active billing period.

  • Unused hours do not roll over unless agreed in writing.

  • Cancellation of a recurring package requires 14 days’ written notice before the next billing cycle.

If Starworks cancels a confirmed monthly session, the hours will be credited back to your account.

3. Late Arrivals

Your booking time begins at the scheduled start time.

Late arrival does not extend your session or qualify for partial refunds.

4. Overtime

Use of the studio beyond your allocated booking time may incur overtime charges.

If the studio is unattended and the space is not vacated on time, additional charges may be applied automatically.

5. Cancellation by Starworks

In the unlikely event that Starworks must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. emergency maintenance, power failure, building access issues):

  • A full refund will be issued
    OR

  • A reschedule will be offered

Starworks is not liable for additional costs such as travel, talent fees, or production expenses.

6. Force Majeure

Refunds will not be issued for circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather

  • Government restrictions

  • Utility outages

  • Transport disruption

Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.

7. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
