2. Studio Use & Assumption of Risk
By booking and using the Starworks studio space, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of any guests, clients, models, or collaborators you bring into the space.

Starworks shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or theft occurring during your booking period, except where caused by our negligence.
The studio is a working creative space. Users must exercise reasonable care when operating lighting, electrical equipment, backdrops, props, and furniture.
3. Damage to Property
The booking party is responsible for:

Any damage caused to the studio, fixtures, fittings, equipment, furniture, or décor during their booking.

Any excessive cleaning required after use.

Any damage caused by guests, contractors, or third parties brought into the space.
Starworks reserves the right to charge for repair, replacement, or professional cleaning where necessary.
4. Equipment & Technical Issues
While we aim to ensure all equipment is maintained and functional, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific item or facility.
Starworks shall not be liable for:

Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Clients are encouraged to conduct their own checks prior to sessions and bring backup equipment where required for commercial shoots.
5. Content Responsibility
Starworks does not accept responsibility for:

The content created, filmed, or photographed within the studio.

Any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property infringement resulting from content created by users.

Any misuse of images or recordings produced within the space.
All users are solely responsible for ensuring they have appropriate permissions, licences, and model releases where necessary.
6. Force Majeure
Starworks shall not be held liable for failure to perform or delay in performance of any obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Starworks’ total liability arising out of or in connection with the use of the studio or this website shall be limited to the amount paid for the booking in question.

Terms & Conditions
1. Bookings & Payment
1.1 All bookings must be made through our official booking system.
1.2 Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
1.3 A booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.
1.4 Starworks reserves the right to refuse bookings at its discretion.
2. Booking Times & Access
2.1 Your booking period includes set-up and pack-down time.
2.2 Early arrival or late departure may incur additional charges.
2.3 Access instructions will be provided prior to your booking.
2.4 Where self-access is granted, the hirer is responsible for securing the premises upon departure.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
3.1 Cancellations made more than 7 days before the booking may be eligible for rescheduling.
3.2 Cancellations within 7 days of the booking are non-refundable.
3.3 No-shows are non-refundable.
3.4 Starworks reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.
4. Studio Use
4.1 The studio may only be used for lawful creative purposes.
4.2 The hirer must ensure all guests behave responsibly.
4.3 Maximum occupancy limits must not be exceeded.
4.4 No illegal substances are permitted on the premises.
4.5 Smoking or vaping inside the studio is strictly prohibited.
5. Equipment & Facilities
5.1 Equipment is provided in good faith but is not guaranteed.
5.2 The hirer must inspect equipment at the start of the session.
5.3 Any issues must be reported immediately.
5.4 Equipment must be returned to its original position before leaving.
Starworks is not liable for:

6. Damage & Cleaning
6.1 The hirer is responsible for any damage caused during their booking.
6.2 Any damage to walls, floors, furniture, lighting, backdrops or equipment will be charged at repair or replacement cost.
6.3 Excessive mess, glitter, liquids, paint, or substances requiring professional cleaning may incur an additional cleaning fee.
6.4 Furniture must not be dragged across floors.
7. Health & Safety
7.1 The hirer accepts full responsibility for their own safety and that of their guests.
7.2 Children must be supervised at all times.
7.3 Electrical equipment must be used safely and correctly.
7.4 The use of open flames, smoke machines, hazardous materials, or large installations must be approved in advance.
8. Insurance & Liability
8.1 Starworks holds public liability insurance.
8.2 Hirers are responsible for arranging their own insurance for personal equipment and commercial shoots.
8.3 Starworks is not liable for:

Loss, theft, or damage to personal property

Business interruption or lost income
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking unless otherwise required by UK law.
9. Content Responsibility
9.1 Starworks is not responsible for the content created within the studio.
9.2 The hirer is responsible for ensuring appropriate licences, permissions and model releases are obtained.
9.3 The studio may not be used to create unlawful, defamatory, or offensive material.
10. Security
10.1 CCTV may operate in communal or entry areas for security purposes.
10.2 Any tampering with security systems will result in immediate termination of the booking.
10.3 Hirers must ensure doors are locked and lights switched off when leaving.
11. Force Majeure
Starworks shall not be liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

12. Amendments
Starworks reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the studio constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
